To further assist with concept designs, 3D perspective views and walk-through videos can be provided to help paint a clearer picture of your project. These can be created and amended within a short time frame, ensuring the project flows smoothly and productively.

Once a design has been determined and agreed upon, the team will begin documenting the project. A considerable amount of planning must be done to ensure the project complies with local council/shire regulations as well building design codes, The National Construction Codes and Australian Standards.

Working in tandem with our extensive list of company associates, you can be confident that the best personnel, from varying disciplines, will be working on your project. Ranging from electrical, energy, hydraulic and structural consultants/engineers, to building certifiers – all bases will be covered. This ensures effective documentation, meaning your project can then move onto the construction phase.

Part of our services available is to assist in the construction of a project. Through project management, contract administration and site supervision, our clients can always be assured that we are involved in each step of the project. In certain cases, a site superintendent will be allocated, ensuring an on-site presence is maintained.

We realise that many of our clients have busy schedules, and managing their own development can be stressful. In most cases the stress in a building contract is during the actual construction period and sometimes some distance and personal support for the owner is extremely beneficial.
